The company’s 4 acre, 40,000 square foot waterfront facility has the capability to handle and processes up to 200,000 pounds of harvests each day. Orders are packed to customer specifications and shipped fresh and frozen by air, sea and land.

To grade, process and safely preserve seafood products, CASE uses an IQF Nitrogen Tunnel Freezer along with state-of-the-art grading equipment, an ozone treatment system, and computerized traceability to deliver the highest quality, ocean fresh product from boat to plate.
