Our Facility

The lineworks at Cape Ann Seafood Exchange's state-of-the-art facility Headquartered in the heart of America’s oldest, working commercial fishing port, CASE lands daily catches from an average of 20 local day boats and 15 offshore vessels along the Eastern seaboard.

The company’s 4 acre, 40,000 square foot waterfront facility has the capability to handle and processes up to 200,000 pounds of harvests each day. Orders are packed to customer specifications and shipped fresh and frozen by air, sea and land.

Specialized Equipment Ensures Quality, Freshness & Safety

To grade, process and safely preserve seafood products, CASE uses an IQF Nitrogen Tunnel Freezer along with state-of-the-art grading equipment, an ozone treatment system, and computerized traceability to deliver the highest quality, ocean fresh product from boat to plate.
