New England Acadian Redfish “Ocean Perch” (Sebastes fasciatus) is a deep water, small fish with firm, white flesh that can be substituted for haddock and similar fish. It is low in in fat and calories.
Cape Ann Seafood Exchange is a primary processor of redfish, buying catches direct from local day boats. Product is graded, processed and packed in our HACCP approved waterfront facility, ensuring the highest levels of quality and freshness.

Redfish Product Specifications
Fresh and Frozen Product is available year-round. Fresh shipments are packed with ice in styrofoam containers. Frozen products are individually poly-wrapped (IWP) in 5, 10 kg and 10 lb boxes. Custom packs are also available.
